The Prince riding a white horse meets a very tall man named Long in a forest.
There was once an old King who had but one son. Feeling that his time was coming to an end, he called for the Prince. He wished to see his son married before he died. The Prince, having never seen a Princess he loved, was told to look in a secret room in the tower. There, he found a picture of a beautiful maiden clad in white, wearing a crown of pearls. But she looked sad as death itself. She was a captive in the Iron Castle, held by a wicked Wizard. The Prince vowed to save her.
On his journey, the Prince traveled through a deep wood. There he met a man of amazing height named Long, who could stretch himself up to the clouds. Long decided to serve the Prince. Soon after, they met a very round man named Stout, who could widen himself to block any path and drink entire rivers. Finally, they met a man named Sharpeyes, who wore a bandage over his eyes because his sight was so powerful it could shatter rocks and burn wood.
"I engage you all!" cried the Prince. "If we are to enter the Iron Castle, I shall need all your unique talents."
